We offer customers various installation, operation, and management services to solve routine and emergency data center maintenance. When your IT staff are not near the data center in CHT, our professional maintenance personnel—as the extension officers of your internal expert team—can assist you in remote management or troubleshooting to ensure the normal operation of your data center.
Installation and maintenance
- We provide equipment collection/storage, equipment accessing, equipment removal, signal check, equipment restart, power circuit change, spare replacement, network cable interface, and server system installation.
- Reservation is available for one-time or regular services, or services are provided upon demand during emergencies
- You can apply for various services through the CMS (customer maintenance system).
Management and planning
- We provide one-time or regular list query services according to customer demands.
- We provide network architecture, data center configuration consultation, or planning design through project quotation.
